We are currently leased out at Tanyard Condominium’s, Patriot Park and Arbor Creek for Fall 2026. We will begin leasing for Fall 2027 at Tanyard mid December and at Arbor Creek and Patriot Park in January. You can email us in October if you would like to be placed on our wait list, with the following information: property interested in, number of bedrooms, cell number, roommates name (if you are having one), if you have a pet and type of pet, date you want to move in.
