We are currently leasing for Fall 2026. We have ONLY one (unexpected) two bedroom townhome available at Arbor Creek for a September 1, 2026 move in date. This unit has two lease options a short term lease ending December 15, 2026 or ending July 16, 2027. If you do not need a tour and have seen one of our units and would like to apply, you will submit your application(s) though our website. If you would like to request a tour contact us via email and we will schedule a tour with you. Tenants please continue to use your tenant portal to submit your rent payment and maintenance request.
